Features
Sweatora generates your training program, adapts it to whether you are at home or at the gym, logs every set offline, and reviews the whole thing once you are done. Below is the full list, grouped by what it does, with nothing held back for a demo call.
What sets it apart
Most apps hand you a template and wish you luck. Sweatora writes the week itself: your goal, your training days, your available time, and the equipment sitting in your garage or your gym. Change any of those and the plan changes with it.
One toggle moves you between a home track and a gym track. Exercises are swapped for whatever that location actually has, and your logs stay in a single history either way.
Each finished session is reviewed against everything you have logged before. You get progression calls, deload proposals when the numbers say you need one, and weekly through quarterly reviews of where the training is heading.

FAQ
What does Sweatora's AI actually generate?
A complete weekly training program: which days you train, which exercises you do on each day, and the sets, reps, and starting weights for every one of them. It is built from your goal, strength level, training days, and available equipment, and it uses exercises from Sweatora's 927-exercise library.
Can I change the program after it is generated?
Yes. Edit Mode lets you reorder, remove, or add exercises on any day of the program, and you can swap an individual exercise mid-session from a list of AI-generated alternatives.
How many exercises does Sweatora include?
Sweatora ships with 927 exercises. Each one has step-by-step instructions, and the library is filterable by muscle group, equipment, and difficulty.
Does Sweatora work without an internet connection?
Workout logging is fully offline. Sessions, sets, reps, and RPE are written to your device first and sync to your account when you are back online. Signing in and generating a new AI program are the two things that need a connection.
Which Sweatora features are free?
The free plan includes one AI-generated program, unlimited workout logging, and the full exercise library. Unlimited programs, advanced analytics, and personalized AI coaching suggestions are part of Pro.
Do I need gym equipment to use Sweatora?
No. You tell Sweatora what equipment you have — including nothing at all — and programs are generated only from movements you can perform. Home and commercial gym inventories are kept as separate lists.
