Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with a kettlebell on the floor slightly in front of you. This will be your starting position.
Hinge at the hips and grip the kettlebell with one hand, then hike it back between your legs.
Explosively drive your hips forward to swing the kettlebell up to chest height, keeping the working arm relaxed and using your hips to generate the power.
Let the kettlebell swing back down between your legs as you hinge at the hips again.
Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions, then switch arms.
